Kyiv airport has held full certification for over four years: EU rules set no deadline for restoring practical currency
Kyiv airport officially employs 630 people, certification is maintained in full, and no member of staff holds a lapsed clearance. The complement of specialists is sufficient to begin handling flights if the airport reopens, general director Volodymyr Kudak confirmed. One question stays open, and it is not a question for the airport. EU rules set no period after which staff must restore practice.
